Dr. Ket Wray

Founder & Lead Practitioner

Dr. Ket Wray brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to a practice built on a single conviction: that skin and hair conditions rarely exist in isolation. Her career began in pediatric nursing, where she learned early that lasting care means treating the whole person — not just the presenting complaint. That perspective deepened through years as a Nurse Practitioner in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, where she developed the integrative clinical thinking that now defines her approach to complex dermatology.

Dr. Wray earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Northern Kentucky University. Her research focused on the role of nutraceuticals in photoprotection—an early signal of her commitment to evidence-based, science-driven medicine that extends beyond the prescription pad.

She is nationally board-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP), and she holds additional certification in Trichology. At Nexus Derm, she sees patients of all ages for complex skin and hair conditions — with a particular focus on the hormonal and metabolic drivers that standard dermatology consistently misses.

Her Approach

Dr. Wray believes in blending conventional and holistic medicine. Each patient receives individualized care rooted in evidence-based practice, with special attention to the connection between overall health, skin, and hair wellness.
